Scenario
You are going on a scavenger hunt exploration
around the world with your geography team.
Each
team member will be given a scroll with information for you to find. Each team
member will
discover
a natural or manmade landmark located somewhere in the world by researching the
answer
to the question. Once each team
member has found their landmark, as a group, you
will present
your
findings in a PowerPoint presentation to other Geologists (your classmates).

Process:
1.
Look for KEYWORDS in each statement on your
scroll. Use those keywords to figure
out
which landmark each statement describes.
Use the following internet resources to
navigate
to the answer. Once you have found the landmark write its name on the line
next to each statement.
2. Get
a PowerPoint storyboard from Mrs. Timson or Miss Oswald
3.
Finally, when your storyboard has been
approved by Mrs. Timson and/or Miss Oswald
